Supporting women and families through thoughtful, multidisciplinary collaboration.

Authentically You Family Therapy believes women and families benefit most when emotional, medical, and community support professionals work collaboratively and compassionately together during reproductive and life transitions.

Because every individual’s needs and experiences are unique, Krista values maintaining trusted relationships with healthcare providers, birthing professionals, and aligned clinicians who support reproductive, maternal, and family well-being.

These collaborative relationships help support continuity of care, thoughtful referrals, and access to specialized support when a client may benefit from additional services, a more refined specialty area, or care outside the scope or availability of the practice.

Authentically You Family Therapy values collaborative relationships with professionals supporting reproductive, maternal, and family well-being.

The practice may collaborate or coordinate care with trusted providers and community professionals when appropriate and with client consent, including:

Supporting women and families during reproductive and life transitions often benefits from thoughtful,

Appropriate Level of Care

Authentically You Family Therapy is an outpatient psychotherapy practice providing specialized support
for reproductive, perinatal, and life transitions.

Clients experiencing acute psychiatric crises, active safety concerns, or symptoms requiring intensive or
higher levels of care may be referred to more appropriate treatment settings or additional support
services to help ensure comprehensive care and safety.

When appropriate, Krista values collaborative care and coordination with psychiatrists, medical
providers, and higher levels of support as part of a client’s treatment journey.
